At Najia Haider, every piece is crafted with precision, care, and artistry. As our collections are made-to-order and often customized to your preferences, we follow a strict policy to preserve the exclusivity and integrity of each garment.

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

Defective Product

Reporting a Defect

In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a fault, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing at najiahaiderofficial@gmail.com or reaching out via WhatsApp at +923390004552.

Kindly share your order reference along with clear photos or videos that highlight the defect.

Return Procedure for Faulty Items

We will assist you throughout the return procedure. If the issue is confirmed as a result of a production error or oversight on our part, the return shipping will be covered by us, and you will be offered either a replacement piece or store credit.

However, if the fault or damage results from inaccurate details or specifications provided by the client at the time of placing the order, the customer will be responsible for the return arrangements, shipping expenses, and any additional charges incurred.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Clients may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Once this timeframe has passed, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.

Refund Process

Authorized cancellations will be compensated with store credit, which will remain valid for a period of one month.
